The turnaround time depends on the project size. For larger new builds or significant commercial measures, it typically takes up to 5 days. For smaller residential renovations, bathrooms, decks, or minor alterations, reports are usually ready within 3 working days.
As each construction job is unique, costs vary. However, we aim to work within the following estimates:

We do not offer fixed price contracts. Instead, we will price your project and create a pricing sheet covering approximately 80% of the project. Your input is then needed to ensure our costs align with your business overheads and operational style, such as ensuring our labor pricing matches your company’s labor allowances.
We typically return price proposals within 2-4 working hours.
