What’s inside the checklist
Are your prelims itemised? Is scaffold included or excluded? Have you priced vehicle allowance per tradesman?
Have you read the actual drawings — not just the email brief? Have you counted every room on every floor?
If there’s steel, have you priced connections, padstones and intumescent paint? Are all uncertain items clearly labelled as PS?
