Is the BOQ accepted by SEAI for grant approval?
Yes. Every BOQ we produce follows the SEAI-required format for the National Home Energy Upgrade Scheme and One Stop Shop programme. We’ve delivered hundreds of SEAI-compliant reports with a near-100% first-submission acceptance rate.
Do you need site drawings to produce a BOQ?
No. For standard retrofit measures (EWI, attic insulation, windows) we can work from a BER certificate, property address, and basic dimensions. Drawings speed up the process but aren’t always required.
What retrofit measures do you price?
All standard SEAI measures: External Wall Insulation (EWI), Internal Wall Insulation, Attic/Roof Insulation, Heat Pump systems, Windows & Doors, Airtightness works, Mechanical Ventilation (MVHR), Solar PV, and Heating Controls.
How does the 24-hour guarantee work?
